Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Traders Clerk, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Subscription-Based Service

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Access to the Service is provided immediately upon activation of a paid subscription.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial without requiring payment upfront. The trial allows users to evaluate the Service before starting a paid subscription.

No payment is required to begin the trial. A subscription fee will only be charged if the user chooses to activate a paid plan after the trial period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Access to the Service will terminate at the end of the billing cycle.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

4. Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

No refunds or credits are provided for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

Exceptions apply only:

  • Where required by applicable law; or
  • In cases of verified technical billing errors (such as duplicate charges).

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
